Constitutional Law


The Constitutional law may be defined as that branch of civil law whirl) deals with rules directly or indirectly affecting either the exercise or the distribution of the Sovereign Power in the slate. Dieey's definition of 'Constitutional law' is by far the best. The rules of the Constitution law include the rules of all kinds whether those regulating the order of succession to the throne, or the responsibility of ministers or the rights of the individuals.3
